These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Viechomnay ("Viechomnay," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered job board operated from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By using our service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, posting a job, applying for a role, or otherwise using Viechomnay, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Viechomnay is a two-sided online marketplace that connects job seekers ("Candidates") with employers ("Employers") in Vietnam and beyond. We provide AI-assisted matching, profile and resume tools, application tracking, and employer dashboards. We do not employ Candidates and we are not a party to any employment relationship that may result from use of the service.
You must register an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraudulent or harmful activity.
You agree not to: (a) post fake, duplicate, misleading, or expired job listings; (b) use the service to send spam, scams, multi-level-marketing schemes, or pyramid schemes; (c) harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user; (d) scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the service; (e) attempt to bypass security or rate limits; (f) impersonate another person or company; or (g) use Viechomnay for any unlawful purpose under Vietnamese law or applicable international law.
You retain all ownership rights to content you submit — including your CV, profile, job postings, reviews, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Viechomnay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for backups retained for a reasonable period and content already shared with other users (for example, applications already sent to an employer).
Employers must comply with all applicable employment, labor, anti-discrimination, and immigration laws — including the Vietnam Labor Code. Job postings must describe a real, currently open position. Employers may not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, religion, age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic. Employers may not request payment, fees, or financial information from Candidates as a condition of applying or being hired.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, hire a candidate, receive a particular salary, or achieve any specific outcome. AI matching scores are estimates, not guarantees. We do not verify every job posting or candidate profile, although we may remove content that violates these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viechomnay and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 1,000,000 VND, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to other users or to Viechomnay. On termination, the rights and licenses you granted us in your content will end, except as described in Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@viechomnay.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Viechomnay after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
